The Afghan School Project

In less than a month, the facebook community for the Afghan Schol Project has already grown to 24 members. The members of our facebook community have contributed to the success of the Afghan-Canadian Community Center (ACCC) by posting helpful links to educational resources, scholarships and job postings, participating in our pen pal program, developing new ways to promote the project and by working ways to make the most of our computer equipment.

I’d like to extend my sincere gratitude to all of the students and supporters who have helped make our newly established facebook community a success. If you haven’t joined our facebook community, I would encourage you to do so. By joining the group, you can help us improve the quality of education at the ACCC, and allow us to promote our work without spending money on advertising.

In order to join, you must first register for a facebook account. The amount of information that you wish to share with others on facebook is up to you, and you are not required to use your real name. We hope to see you there!
