A major security operation shut down Kabul for the conference in which some 60 nations focused on the transition of NATO.

By Tuesday twentieth of July 2010 , it was adopted at a one-day international conference in Kabul where around 70 leaders from international community and secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton participated ,this was for giving Americans and Europeans a date for leaving Afghanistan or a date for when their involvement in Afghanistan may begin to come to an end. It as well gave President Hamid Karzai a chance to show whether his strong government is making progress for the country.

Watchful that public patience is running out, the delegates will approve the ambition of regularly turning over security to Afghan forces by the time Karzai leaves office at the end of 2014, according to a summary communiqué achieved by The Associated journalists.

This conference aim was the improvement of security in Afghanistan the conference on security explains that during the transition, NATO may “remain some assistance to lead the districts of provinces supposedly under Afghan control.

The Afghan government and the international community are expected to agree on a plan to decide which of the 34 provinces would be ready for Afghan control and when. The communiqué however makes no mention of international troop levels during the
transition period.

On Tuesday, Karzai asked the international community to restate this assurance and to align at least 80 percent of development and governance assistance over the next two years to a list of more than 20 national main concern programs being introduced at the conference. In return, Karzai's government promised to improve its financial management system, improve collection of taxes and customs revenues, improve the security and fight against the corruption.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, who is leading the U.S. delegation, told reporters the Kabul conference "is going to show more Afghan ownership and leadership, which is something we've been pushing." She said the U.S. is "pressing the Afghan government at all levels to be more accountable, to go after corruption," but that the U.S. also had a responsibility to improve management of its programs.

The other important issue in Kabul conference was the assist for construction here the
Afghans have long complained that the U.S. and other donors have wasted aid money through hiring costly international contractors and following development projects that the country does not need and it won’t be beneficial for them or cannot afford to maintain so for the Afghan official want the U.S. and other international donors to give them a greater chance in spending the billions of dollars in assist and reconstruction funds that have flowed into the country since the war began in 2001 —with only incomplete results and amid claims of corruption and mismanagement that have supported the Taliban in the eyes of many ordinary Afghans.

HI EVERYONE
2009 H1N1 Flu in Humans

What can I do to protect myself from getting sick?

This season, there is a seasonal flu vaccine to protect against seasonal flu viruses and a 2009 H1N1 vaccine to protect against the 2009 H1N1 influenza virus (sometimes called “swine flu”). A flu vaccine is the first and most important step in protecting against flu infection. For information about the 2009 H1N1 vaccines, visit H1N1 Flu Vaccination Resources. For information about seasonal influenza vaccines, visit Preventing Seasonal Flu With Vaccination.

There are also everyday actions that can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses like the flu.

Take these everyday steps to protect your health:

Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.

    * Wash your hands often with soap and water. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand rub.*
    * Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.
    * Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
    * If you are sick with flu-like illness, CDC recommends that you stay home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone except to get medical care or for other necessities. (Your fever should be gone without the use of a fever-reducing medicine.) Keep away from others as much as possible to keep from making others sick.

Other important actions that you can take are:

    * Follow public health advice regarding school closures, avoiding crowds and other social distancing measures.
    * Be prepared in case you get sick and need to stay home for a week or so; a supply of over-the-counter medicines, alcohol-based hand rubs * (for when soap and water are not available), tissues and other related items could help you to avoid the need to make trips out in public while you are sick and contagious.

If you are sick with flu-like illness, CDC recommends that you stay home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone except to get medical care or for other necessities. (Your fever should be gone without the use of a fever-reducing medicine.)
Keep away from others as much as possible. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. Put your used tissue in the waste basket. Then, clean your hands, and do so every time you cough or sneeze.

If I have a family member at home who is sick with 2009 H1N1 flu, should I go to work?
Employees who are well but who have an ill family member at home with 2009 H1N1 flu can go to work as usual. These employees should monitor their health every day, and take everyday precautions including covering their coughs and sneezes and washing their hands often with soap and water, especially after they cough or sneeze. If soap and water are not available, they should use an alcohol-based hand rub.* If they become ill, they should notify their supervisor and stay home. Employees who have an underlying medical condition or who are pregnant should call their health care provider for advice, because they might need to receive influenza antiviral drugs.

What is the best technique for washing my hands to avoid getting the flu?
Washing your hands often will help protect you from germs. CDC recommends that when you wash your hands -- with soap and warm water -- that you wash for 15 to 20 seconds. When soap and water are not available, alcohol-based disposable hand wipes or gel sanitizers may be used.* You can find them in most supermarkets and drugstores. If using gel, rub your hands until the gel is dry. The gel doesn't need water to work; the alcohol in it kills the germs on your hands.

What are “emergency warning signs” that should signal anyone to seek medical care urgently?

In children:

    * Fast breathing or trouble breathing
    * Bluish skin color
    * Not drinking enough fluids
    * Not waking up or not interacting
    * Being so irritable that the child does not want to be held
    * Flu-like symptoms improve but then return with fever and worse cough
    * Fever with a rash

In adults:

    * Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
    * Pain or pressure in the chest or abdomen
    * Sudden dizziness
    * Confusion
    * Severe or persistent vomiting

On behalf of graduated students,

First, on behalf of all the students I would like to thank every one who made this success possible by helping one way or the other, we could not do it alone of course.

We would also like to pay tribute to the wonderful teachers, SAIT, Can ILF, CIDA and ACCC. Special thanks to Canadian Prime Minister The Right Honorable Stephen Harper, knowing that not only Canadian people but also the Prime Minister cares for us makes us feel lucky.

In fact it has not been easy to keep continue our studies under unstable circumstances in the country but thinking that you all are by our side helped us achieve our goal and get valuable skills and knowledge that has truly been life altering enough for us to determine our future path and career. I hope that one day each of us will be serving our country and people as future leaders, managers and business persons.

Thanks and Regards,
