<description>The Holy and blessing month of Ramadan

Ramadan is the ninth month of Islamic Calendar in which all the adult Muslims are fasting. It is the third pillar of Islam. It is obligatory on every adult Muslim to keep fast and do not eat or drink from dawn till sunset in the month of Ramadan. Fasting teaches patience, humility, and spirituality. Muslims offer more prayer in this month than usual to purity their past sins.
This month of Ramadan is a very special month for Muslims. The first verses of Qur’an were revealed to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in the month of Ramadan. This month is followed by the Eid-ul-Fitr (Small Eid) celebrated by all the Muslims throughout the world. Laylatul Qadr, the night better than 1000 nights, is a night in the month of Ramadan in which all the good deeds are rewarded on 1000 times then usual

		<description>Hello to everyone!

The seven habits of highly effective people are:

First Habit: Be Proactive: (Be Practical) it means the Leader must
Show his or her own practical performance to courage his/her
Colleges for performing well,
And according to Stephen R. Covey’s book it means be proactive is
a unique ability that sets human apart from animals is self-
Awareness and the ability to choose how we take an action to any
Incentive.

Second Habit: Begin with the End and Mind:
This habit develops a theory centered personal task statement.
Enlarge the task statement in to long-term goals based on personal
Values.

Third Habit: Put First Things First: This habit observes the proper
Balance between production and building production capacity and as
Well it identify the key roles on in life and making time for each of
Them.

Fourth Habit: Think Win/Win: this habit look for the agreements and
Relationships that are equally helpful.

Fifth Habit: Seek First to Understand, then to Be Understood: first
try to understand the other person then try to be understood, this
habit is the most important principle of interpersonal relations.

Sixth Habit: Synergize: This Habit through joint trust and
Understanding, one often can solve conflicts and can find a better
Solution than would have obtained through both person’s own
Solution and this habit find ways to influence individual differences to
Create a greater whole than sum of the parts.

Seventh Habit: Sharpen the Saw: It does take time out from
Production to build production capacity through personal renewal of
the physical, metal, Social and spiritual dimensions and as well it
Maintains a balance among these dimensions

<description>How breastfeeding benefits you and your baby

Breastfeeding protects your baby from gastrointestinal trouble, respiratory problems, and ear infections
Breastfeeding can protect your baby from developing allergies.
Breastfeeding may boost your child&#039;s intelligence
Breastfeeding may protect against obesity later in life
Breastfeeding may protect your baby from childhood leukemia
Breastfeeding may protect your baby from developing type 1 diabetes
Breastfeeding may protect preemies from infections and high blood pressure later in life
Breastfeeding may lower your baby&#039;s risk of SIDS
Breastfeeding helps you lose weight
Breastfeeding can lower your stress levels and reduce postpartum bleeding
Breastfeeding may reduce your risk of some types of cancer
Breastfeeding may protect against osteoporosis later in life

You&#039;re probably well aware that breast milk is best for your baby, but did you know that the benefits of breastfeeding extend well beyond basic nutrition? In addition to containing all the vitamins and nutrients your baby needs in the first six months of life, breast milk is packed with disease-fighting substances that protect your baby from illness. That&#039;s why the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months. And scientific studies have shown that breastfeeding is good for your health, too.

		<description>Date: April 16, 2010
To: All staff
From: Sharifa Arzoo
Subject How to increase our customers

Providing high quality products and fine behaving with customers are the most
important ways of increasing our customers.

         The below are the steps:

1.	Produce high quality products, by buying high quality thing from a shop or company the customer tends to refer back to the shop or company.

2.	Behave honestly with all customers; if you talk with one customer about some thing (product) in one way and with another one talk differently the customer may lose his/her trust on you.

3.	Sell at specific and fair price; if you sell some thing at high price your customer may not refer to you back, for not wasting their time they may go to another place.

4.	Answer every customer in turn

5.	No one is allowed to speak by mobile phone while selling; you should not talk in mobile when you are with customer because it can be possible that the customer may think this shop or place does not take care of its customers

6.	Answer every complaint fairly

7.	Behave in good manner with each other; if you behave well and have good relationship with each other it will have positive influence on the customers.

8. Do not allow to make noise in the shop

9.	Do not be absent; if you are absent lots of days the company or the shop may look irregular

10.	After a break, all employees must be available to customers. If a customer comes in and there is nobody available to help him/her, it may look bad and they may not recommend your shop or service to others in the future.

By disobeying any of the above steps, it is possible to have a bad name in the bazaar
          and have fewer customers.

Sincerely,

Sharifa Arzoo</description>
